EKTER S.A. undertakes the construction of a bioclimatic swimming complex in the Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni.
EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investment community that on March 3, 2026, it signed a contract with the Municipality of Ampelokipoi – Menemeni.
The subject of the contract is the “Design and construction of a bioclimatic / energyautonomousm swimming complex for the Municipality of Ampelokipoi–Menemeni.” The contractual remuneration was set at the lump-sum amount of €24,532,884.79 (plus 24% VAT), while the total completion period for the project is 24 months.
Following the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public and private projects executed by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €187.7 million.
