EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 01.05.2024, the Company signed with the INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH (ITR), the contract of the project ” Hub of Innovation and Advanced Education in Heraklion, Crete (Sub-project 13) and “Extension of the building infrastructure of the Mediterranean Studies Institute of the ITR (Rethymno)” (Sub-project 5) of the project “1. INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH (ITR) – CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND ADVANCED EDUCATION”. The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 20.811.576,57€ plus VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at twenty one (21) months from the signing of the contract,
Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 130.78 million euros.
