EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and the Athens Exchange Regulation, informs the investment community that, on 8 July 2026, it signed a contract with the Democritus University of Thrace (D.U.Th.).
The scope of the contract concerns the “Continuation and Completion of the Building Facilities of the Medical School of the Democritus University of Thrace.” The contract value amounts to €8,754,919.37 (plus 24% VAT), while the contractual completion period has been set at 24 months.
Following the execution of this contract, the total backlog of public and private projects undertaken by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €211.8 million.
