ANNOUNCEMENT
PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006
“EKTER TECHNICAL – CONSTRUCTION – REAL ESTATE – HOTEL – COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL SOCIΙTΙ ANONYME” hereby announces that, in accordance with article 279 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, based on a resolution passed by its Ordinary General Assembly of Shareholders of 29 June 2007, the dividend for fiscal year 2006 amounts to Euro 0.04 per share.
Beneficiaries of the above dividend are the holders of the Company’s shares at the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange on 1 August 2007.
Thursday, 2 August 2007 is set as the ex-dividend date. Therefore, from this date onward the Company’s shares will be traded in the Athens Stock Exchange without the right for dividend.
Dividend payment will be made on 10 August 2007 by the paying bank “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.”, as follows:
- Through the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) operators, pursuant to article 39 of the Regulation of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A.
- Through the Piraeus Bank network of branches, for those shareholders who have requested exemption from their DSS operator.
- If it is impossible to credit the relevant amounts for certain shareholders through their operators, for any reason whatsoever, it will be possible for them to start collecting their dividends on 17 August 2007, through the Network of Branches of “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.”
Dividend collection, in cases 2 and 3 above, will be possible until 31/12/2007 and will be effected upon notifying the DSS Investor Lot Code Number and producing the Police Identity Card, whether in person or through a legally authorized representative.
After the above (31/12/2007), dividends will be paid only at the offices of “EKTER S.A.” at 15 Nikis Str., Syntagma, 105 57, tel. 210 3259 700.
