EKTER S.A. proceeded to purchase the remaining 50% of the plots of land it owned on the island of Myconos together with AEGEK on an undivided basis. Actually, these comprised thirteen (13) complete and buildable plots of land located at “AGRARI” – “ANO MERIA”, of a total surface area of 14,18 acres, and one (1) complete and buildable plot of land at “KOUNDOUROS”, of a surface area of 19.43 acres according to the initial title, or 17.28 acres after deducting the beach zone according to the cadastral plan. The total price for the above purchase amounted to € 4,250,000.00.
For the above investment, EKTER S.A. will sign a debenture loan agreement with EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. amounting to € 4,760,000.00.
