On the basis of article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and article 2 of Decision 3/347/2005 of Capital Market Commission, EKTER S.A. inform you that according to a resolution passed by the BoD of EKTER S.A. on 18/05/2009, mr Eleftherios Lampridis is nominated responsible of Internal Inspection in replacement of mr Evaggelos Stamatiou.
