Following the announcement of the company of 13.10.2016 in relation to the “Ex officio investigation of Competition Committee in public works tender competitions for alleged violation of Articles 1 n. 703/77, already 1 n. 3959/2011” additionally disclosed the following:
- Regarding our company’s examination, under the consideration the case, it is tested for its participation in two (2) specific projects award competitions which had been carried out during the period from 26/01/2012 to 09/04/2012.
- EKTER SA has expressed interest for possible inclusion in the dispute settlement process, in order to avoid uncertainty can arise from this cause during its participating in which will be carried out basis to the present Law 4412/16 for public contracts. This interest is non-binding, does not involve any assumption and the procedure is ongoing.
