As a follow up to the announcement of 19-06-2007, which disclosed the execution of a draft agreement on the sale of a plot of land on the island of Myconos, EKTER S.A. hereby informs investors that the relevant deed was signed eventually on 31.07.2007 for the sale of the 34-acre plot of land owned by the company on the island of Myconos, and the price amounted to Euro 11.17 million.
Part of the above amount, namely Euro 4.76 million, will be used for discounting a Debenture Loan. The said Debenture Loan had been obtained from EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. for the purchase of the 50% of the above plot of land on Myconos, which was owned by AEGEK and EKTER S.A. on an undivided basis.
