EKTER S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investment community that the Second Amending Agreement to the construction agreement dated 26.09.2025 between the Company and COSTA PERLA S.A. has been signed, for the execution of the project “Infinity, Six Senses Porto Heli – Conversion of the existing Costa Perla hotel into a 5* Composite Tourist Accommodation ‘Infinity’ with Special Tourist Infrastructure (Spa) & Furnished Tourist Residences”, located at “Kouverta – Perle – Bourloto”, Municipality of Ermionida, Porto Heli, Argolida.
Under the Second Amending Agreement, the Company is awarded the execution of the second phase of the project (Work Package 2), comprising the construction of the hotel and of twelve (12) luxury villas. The total contract price of the project now amounts to €101,073,558.43, plus VAT, while the contract price of the second phase (WP2) amounts to €68,565,632.52, plus VAT. The project will be completed progressively by March 2028.
Following the signing of the above agreement, the Company’s backlog of signed contracts amounts to €277,6 million.
