EKTER S.A. hereby informs investors that on 12 May 2008 the Joint Venture “AEGEK CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. – BIOTER S.A. – AKTOR S.A. – EKTER S.A.” entered into a 3rd supplementary contract for the construction of the project “Construction of new military hospital of Thessaloniki” (424 Thessaloniki General Military Hospital)”
The Ministry of National Defence (General Staff/ 737 Division of Military Works/ Construction Department) is the project owner.
EKTER S.A. has a 20% stake in the above Joint Venture.
The project budget amounts to € 23,580,532.82 including contingencies, revision and VAT.
The construction period is estimated to be 12 months from conclusion of the above contract.
The above Joint Venture has undertaken to carry out all works required for the thorough, timely and workmanlike fulfilment of the obligations related to design, supply, construction, testing, adjustments and supervision of operation until project final delivery.
