We hereby notify you of the termination of the property leasing agreement dated 30/06/2006 with respect to the property located at 15, Nikis St., which had been concluded between “ATE LEASING S.A.” and our company.
The discount of the leasing agreement and the transfer of the property took place on 5 January 2010 in exchange for the “redemption-before-maturity” sum of EUR 3,585,615.06.
The company had entered into a memorandum of sale agreement with respect to the said property with “ELASKIA S.A.” in return for EUR 3,799,785.00, with the 11th of January 2010 being the last date on which the final sale agreement must be signed.
