We hereby announce that, based on a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of EKTER S.A. on 31.07.2007, the makeup of the Company’s Board of Directors has changed. Following is a list of the new BoD of EKTER S.A., which was reestablished as a body in accordance with the law:
