New Contract for the Construction of ANTENNA’s New Offices
EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Exchange Regulation, informs the investment community that on February 13, 2026, it signed a contract with the company TILEOPTIKA KTIRIA SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.
The subject of the contract is the execution and construction of the Project: “B’ Revision of Building Permit No. 2/2012 for the construction of a five-story office building and television and radio production studios with two underground levels, including modification of studies, façade alterations and structural frame amendments.”
Following the signing of the above contract, the outstanding backlog of public and private projects being executed by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €167.0 million.
